Why do some people have to say such ignorant comments?
Bouguereau painted 826 pieces in his lifetime. His work includes examples of the most beautiful skin, hands and feet ever interpreted in paint. Even the background landscape in his work was executed with mastery.
I caught this show at an earlier venue. Not mentioned is a Gerome and a Sargent in the collection.
