A selection of landscapes from the Georgia Museum of Art’s permanent collection makes up this exhibition, which focuses on the genre that became somewhat threatened by the rise of abstract art in the early 20th century.
Organized in the fall of 2004, this exhibition returns to the Irvine Museum after traveling to a variety of venues throughout California for the past three years.
More than 125 exquisite works of art on loan from the Louvre, in Paris, are currently on display at the Denver Art Museum in an exhibition titled “Artisans and Kings: Treasures From the Louvre.”
Richard L. Feigen & Co., in collaboration with Jan Krugier Gallery, in New York City, presents this exhibition of 60 modern and contemporary works by such artists as Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, Julio Gonzalez, and Joaquin Torres-Garcia.
