Beautiful still life!

In Demo #1 showing fruit and a copper tea pot the completed painting shows only under painting around the handle and lid giving an incomplete look to the lovely work. Why?

It was our good fortune, to attend one of Jacqueline Kamin's workshops. She is such a gifted teacher; generous with her time, encouragement, and instruction. Those of you who have attended your share of workshops, know well - it is but one aspect of a successful workshop, to be an artist; and quite another skill set to teach. Ms. Kamin is the "gold standard", to which we compare all other artist-teachers. If it is possible, please try to see this work "in the flesh". There is an exquisite quality of depth she achieves, that may get lost in a jpg file.
